The Midwest Law Journal (hereinafter MLJ) is an official publication of the Midwest Academy of Legal Studies in Business. Manuscripts undergo a blind referee selection process; the current rate of acceptance is approximately less than 25%. The mission of the MLJ is to publish articles of general interest to teachers of business law, the legal environment, and related fields of law. The current frequency of publication is approximately one issue per year, depending on the availability of good quality manuscripts.
